It's time to correct Borderlands 3, which means we have a whole lot of changes coming to the game. If you are among many people who have enjoyed some of the most effective exploits of the game, you are probably not looking to download an update today because it makes some important changes to items like Porcelain Pipe Bomb. 

We've listed all of the patch notes below, so take a look at what's new in the Borderlands 3 update on September 26, 2019.

Borderlands 3 updated and corrected notes - September 26
According to the official release of today's update, the patch should be released on Borderlands 3 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC by 3:00 PM PST or 6:00 PM EST. 

This means you can see them being downloaded to your game any time today before that time. Those who download the update can expect some performance fixes, as well as general improvements and updates to the online multiplayer splitter and screen modes. Unfortunately, adding a vertical split is not part of today's update.

  • [PC Only] Reduce the amount of material broadcast that occurred when the viewer was directed.
  • We were dealing with a reported issue where some users with lots of people saw their friends list more frequently.
  • Implementation of general stability improvements.

General fixes and improvements
  • Fixed a reported issue where KillaVolt's Shield Storm attack didn't disrupt tiles around KillaVolt, which activates the entire word (sorry).
  • Tackle a potential obstacle to the Giants footsteps mission.
  • Fixed a reported issue where Guardian Rank had the ability to become non-functional and/or the player could lose Guardian Rank tokens to negatives.
  • Modified vending machines will now sort items by scarcity.
  • The FOV console is now set to 75 by default. This will not affect players who have already started the game.
  • Locations for particle texts (Tediore rifles, "critical", "immunological") are now determined.
  • Fears have been reported that some players have been faced as their car could continue to increase on the next map.
  • Fixed a reported problem with a "porcelain pipe bomb" that ignited multiple explosions when colliding with objects.

This bomb was not intended to explode several times. All enemies in the world of Borderlands are now immune from the instant melting of the radioactive tube.
UI
  • Set verbiage "left stick" and "right stick" inside the Russian localized version of the Control Options screen.
  • Fixed an issue where some users experienced a failure to play audio at UI spending skill points.
  • The "Invalid" text is now highlighted correctly when you enter an invalid e-mail address on the SHiFT Account Creation page.
  • An issue was reported where the item element of the day flashed briefly before being displayed on vending machines.
  • A reported issue was reported with some players providing an unread mail icon when they did not have mail to read.
  • The Iron Iron button prompts will now be updated correctly if you relink your controls.
  •    A reported issue has been addressed where the translation will not be displayed even after the initial cutscene.

  • Fixed an issue for some players that social notifications might crash on the screen.
  • One of the hooligans was concerned about the failure to upload some item preview images within the operator's bank.
  • [PC Only] A problem reported by some computer operators was addressed where the focus from the last known mouse location was wandering even when playing with a gamepad.
  • Fixed an issue reported by specific players where the cursor would move to an unintended location in the UI.


Splitscreen and Online Multiplayer
  • Fixed an issue reported by some players that the dialog box size faded too low before switching to ECHO sound during split-screen gameplay.
  • An issue reported by some players that the sounds were quiet or missing was addressed to the second player with a split-screen if it was too far from the player.
  • Fixed an issue reported by some players that groups of 3 players were having trouble reconciling with an additional single player.
  • One of the concerned people who were told some players experience was treated that in the split-screen one of the mobile players can stop running by the other player who opens the ECHO menu.
  • An issue reported by some players was handled in that the interrupt aimed at the bottom of the scenes could be split by another player when the ECHO menu was opened.
  • A few of the reported client replication issues were addressed:
  • - Pizza that has been taken up in Tina so that it is displayed correctly to customers.
  • - Modify some audio elements that are said to be looping for customers.
  • - The player's reported problem has been dealt with, so Guardian Skill "Dead Hand" is now working properly.
  • Player icons are now installed on the side of the mini-map when playing in any type of player.


As you can see, this update contains several general fixes and improvements.
