Patch Notes Fortnite: Update 10.20 brings crossover and Borderlands 3 Shield Bubble

The latest Fortnite patch notes are here for update 10.20 and are full of Pandoran mess and non-small bubbles. The biggest change to look for this week is the new Rift Zone titled Borderlands 3 titled "Fortnite x Mayhem" and the matching Psycho / Claptrap cosmetics collection in the toy store.

You look a little deeper and you'll find a great new defense element, as well as some unexpected cabinets.

Oh, and you can see the BRUTE icon throughout the entire game now, with an icon tracking player inside the car - this is just the latest part of Fortnite mech nerf.

Fortnite meets Borderlands 3

Have you ever wondered what your favorite forint will look like with a shaded, slightly tasteful look? Make your way to the new Rift Zone to discover it, as game images shift to fit Pandoran's surroundings.

It doesn't seem like that, if it goes on long enough without causing damage in the area, you'll start to create a shield (simulating the Borderlands 'Borderlands' mechanic).

You can commemorate the intersection by picking up the Psycho pack at the Items Store, and you can earn some free covers and sprays for weapons by completing Pandora's welcome pack. The Rift area itself will be available until September 10.

You can lock your small circle from the map with the new Shield Bubble. It is a rare element that can be found in the looting of land, boxes, supply drops, vending machines and, when deployed, will automatically deploy a large explosion-proof shield in the surrounding area.

Players can move freely in and out of the bubble, and although the shield itself is endangered for 30 seconds remains active, it will fall immediately if the transmitter is destroyed in the middle.

Gun drum appeared in the vault

Less than four months after the players voted on Drum Gun to return at the grand Unvaulting event, Epic encapsulated it and sent it to Vault. It sounds weird, but I think four months is a very long time in a ridiculously fast-moving game like Fortnite

There are two other elements to which it belongs: the Storm Flip element, which can make safe areas a storm and vice versa; the Storm Scout Sniper Weapon, which can show you the location of the next storm circle (it was just over a month old).
