It is rumored that Apple replaces iTunes on Mac with something better

ITunes used to be the app you used most often on your Mac. Where I go to buy and listen to music, enjoy a podcast, and even watch movies and TV shows that have been downloaded at times.

These days, I rarely use iTunes.
In fact, I can not even remember the last time I opened the app at all.

Part of the problem - along with the fact that the world has become largely mobile - is that iTunes on Mac has steadily become a mess.

As now, Apple has a lot of crazy content under the iTunes umbrella, and as a result, the app's actual use to find and enjoy the content has become quite stressful, if not confusing.

In an effort to simplify things, rumors that Apple with the following version of MacOS will disassemble some iTunes components into separate separate applications

This interesting game was originally presented a few days ago by developer Steve Troughton-Smith who said that iTunes will be divided into up to four distinct applications: music, podcasts, books, and applications.

Since then, developer Guilherme Rambo of 9to5Mac, Troughton-Smith scoop has confirmed the fate of iTunes on the Mac, but with some little updated information.

I have been able to confirm from sources familiar with the development of the next major version of MacOS - probably version 10.15 - that the system will include music, podcasts and independent television, but will also include a major redesign of the book application.
The new music, podcast and TV apps will be created using Marzipan, a new Apple technology designed to make it easier to move iPad apps to Mac without too much code changes.

It can be said that the disintegration of iTunes has been delayed for a long time and should inject a bit of modernity into MacOS.

After all, the idea of opening iTunes, and then - as a quick example - sifting through massive content in order to find the latest episode of your favorite content has felt the old effects.

Simply, iTunes will make it easier for users to access and enjoy their favorite content.

If you're ever annoyed by ads on TV shows and movies when all you want to do is play a song you've downloaded again when the next iteration of MacOS is a welcome update.
